capable of handling
bigger projects such as
the seeder tank pictured

The
time it takes to powder
coat depends mostly on
the product itself. Some
factors that have to be
considered before the
powder application
itself include, how
clean the product is,
(whether it have to be
acid washed, or sand
blasted), the size of
the product, and the
structure.
Sometimes a product may
require two different
applications and may
need more time. If a
product does need two
different colors then it
has to go through the
whole application and
heating process twice,
doubling the time it
takes to powder coat a
product.
Currently we are working
on building a tracking
system for the booths
which will make powder
coating more efficient
and much faster.
