Our manufacturing has just recently been considerably improved with the purchase of a brand new 4 roll hydraulic plate rolling machine capable of quickly and accurately bending material up to 5/16 of an inch to produce a accurate shell in a single pass. Over the past few months of operation the machine has proven itself an asset to our shop and is guaranteed to satisfy customers with more reliable and highly productive products.

     Cincinnati Brake      Cincinnati Shear      Accurpress Brake

A 175 ton hydraulic Brake and a hydraulic Shear capable of cutting up to 3/8 of an inch mild steel  are other big factors that contribute to our operation. A large variety of different tools and dies give us the ability to bend and cut a wide variety of different materials and products with precision, accuracy and speed.

The smaller 60 ton by 6 ft user-friendly Accupress Brake almost doubles production. With the speed and consistency of the bigger machines, different dies and spacing gives it the ability to perform operations the bigger brake is unable to perform.

    Marvel Bandsaw

An automated Vertical-Tilt Marvel Bandsaw is another main factor that keeps our shop in competition with today's marketing demands.  The automatic feeding system and capability to tilt to 60 degrees makes it more accurate and diversifiable then any manual bandsaw on the market and just as accurate as newer automatic still being produced today. We cut materials ranging from two inch square tubing to 3/8s of an inch by approximately 20 inch pipe in diameter.

With twelve different welders going full time we are able to provide our customers what and when they order. As most of our welders have lots of experience and with brief training from The Winnipeg Technical college, results of welded products are guaranteed satisfactory. A on-site licensed technician ensures smooth and continuous operation.

   Millermatic 350P

Welding quality has just increased at our shop with the purchase of three new Millermatic 350 Pulse welding machines. These welders enable us to make welds ranging from twenty gauge material to half inch in a single pass. They have been in operation for some time now and have repeatedly displayed impressive results and continue to do so.

  Euromac Notcher 

The hydraulic Euromac automatic notcher is capable of cutting materials anywhere from 1mm to 6.5mm. With automatic blade gap adjustment this results in faster and more productive operation. It's never failed to make perfect cuts in a wide range of metals.

A recent investment in a standby generator unit has brought company uptime from approximately 90% to 99.9%.
